Lunaria annua 'Ruth'
Monday 08 February 2016
Here at JustMust Perennials we specialise in bringing new & interesting plants to the market. While many of these are indeed perennials - the clue is in the title! - occasionally a non-perennial plant catches our attention & we think that you will like it as much as we do. Lunaria annua 'Ruth' is such a plant. This particular member of Brassicaceae is special, rare & new. The lime-fresh green leaves lighten up any spot then set off the clean white flower from March through to May which will then be followed by the ttrademark honesty seed heads which persist through the winter. Isolate the plants and you get self-seeding. H50cm. . Bob's score = 9 RHS Hardiness Rating: annual .
